Home delivery roles are being expanded to include supporting single copy sales growth initiatives at many newspapers.  Some of those key initiatives include managing contractors and Sunday merchandising, as well as retailer audits/assessments and returns verification processes.  Some takeaways from this session will include best practices for managing home delivery carriers with single copy papers to ensure sales potential is maximized.
