The Bellefontaine Examiner is seeking a motivated individual who has a passion for community journalism to join our team as editor-writer for a small family-owned, daily newspaper in Bellefontaine, Ohio. Applicant must have expertise using NewsEdit and Quark and possess strong writing/reporting, pagination and copy editing skills. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a small newsroom staff and deal with external customers is also required. Position offers competitive pay, medial, dental and vision benefits, 401k and paid vacation. Previous experience and college education preferred.
