ONA protests effort to gut Yost’s public records program
ONA has sent a letter to the office of House Speaker Cliff Rosenberger urging removal of an amendment added to the budget bill on Tuesday to kill the new program Auditor Dave Yost announced during Sunshine Week that, for the first time, offers an avenue to resolve open records disputes with Ohio state agencies without the time and expense of litigation.
