The Delaware Gazette is seeking an experienced journalist and editor to bring innovation, boldness and operational excellence to our editorial team. This individual will be involved in all aspects of the editorial production process to ensure that a superior, engaging and culturally savvy product is produced. The successful candidate will ensure that all editorial staff and contributors adhere to deadlines and provide constructive and concrete feedback on their work. A keen eye for detail, strong work ethic and ability to motivate and coach others is essential. We are the county’s only daily newspaper and continue to chronicle the extraordinary growth of the region as well as the accomplishments of its citizens in print, online and social media. We are the fastest growing county in the state of Ohio. The Gazette is part of Civitas Media, which has more than 100 publications and employs more than 1,300 people across 12 states.
